For LUTON: You will report to Commercial Director, and be responsible for project surveying and contract administration for divisional projects. Duties include: Providing quantity surveying support to the Project Managers on projects up to £5m · Reviewing client enquiry documents · Formalising contracts with customers and sub-contractors · Preparing schedule of rates and variation management, pricing and monitoring · Preparation and issue of monthly billings and client cost reporting, and issue and agreement of final accounts. Requires HNC in Quantity/Building Surveying or similar, with 5 years experience in project surveying or contract administration in similar industry. Needs excellent communications skills and experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
