Salary circa 40k Plus Car/allowance, Private Healthcare & Pension

Client involved in manufactures and marketing of advanced microcomputer-based, intelligent building control systems. They aim to manage buildings more efficiently by reducing energy consumption and operating costs as well as providing security and access systems.

For LUTON:

You will report to Commercial Director, and be responsible for project surveying and contract administration for divisional projects. Duties include:

Providing quantity surveying support to the Project Managers on projects up to £5m ·

Reviewing client enquiry documents ·

Formalising contracts with customers and sub-contractors ·

Preparing schedule of rates and variation management, pricing and monitoring ·

Preparation and issue of monthly billings and client cost reporting, and issue and agreement of final accounts.

Requires HNC in Quantity/Building Surveying or similar, with 5 years experience in project surveying or contract administration in similar industry. Needs excellent communications skills and experience of working in a customer-focused environment.

For MANCHESTER

You will report to Commercial Director, and be responsible for project surveying and contract administration for divisional projects. Duties include:

Assisting in the negotiation of the GMP/NTE contract, prepare pricing schedules etc

Developing good relationships with Bovis

Preparing schedule of rates and variation management, pricing and monitoring

Preparation and issue of monthly billings and client cost reporting, and issue and agreement of final accounts.

Where required, provide pre/post contract quantity surveying support for the Northern Division

Requires HNC in Quantity/Building Surveying or similar, with 5 years experience in project surveying or contract administration in BMS/Security/Fire/ or M&E
